Tai Chi at Cobalt Moon in Neptune Beach
Cobalt Moon offers Tai Chi (T'ai Chi, Tai Ji, Taiji, Tai Chi Chuan, Taijiquan) and Push Hands classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. The Yang Short Form, as developed by Professor Cheng Man Ching, is taught in a series of 10 week courses. Discover the health benefits of this ancient exercise as you learn the healing movements and postures of Tai Chi from qualified instructors and teachers. NEW COURSE begins April 20, 2010 at 7:15 PM. This will be a ten week program with hour long classes on Tuesday evenings.
Cost: $115 if paid by April 13; $125 after that.
