Backed by 20 years of bodywork training, education and practice in internationally recognized centers in Europe, New York and Florida, Lucy Lynch is now offering specialized yoga and healing sessions in the beaches area. She is committed to helping each individual achieve his or her highest potential through yoga, bodywork, consciousnessand the breath.
She offers one-on-one personal yoga instruction, as well as classes, workshops, massage and healing-energy sessions at Cobalt Moon Center.
Lucy practiced for 12 years in New York. Beginning at Sivananda
Yoga Vedanta Center, where she taugh yoga and obtained her
massage therapy certification from the Swedish Insitute Of
Massage Therapy and Allied Science. Her ability as a healer
were deepened by completing the four-year coursework and
graduating from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in New
York City. For 5 years, Lucy went back to her native Ireland,
where she practiced and promoted the knowledge and value of
yoga in her classes there. During this time, she completed
two-years training in Iyengar Yoga, which focuses mainly on
kinesthetic (structural) alignment. She came to Florida for
another year of advanced training at Barbara Brennan School of
Healing and now has made the beaches her home.
